With over a decade of property management experience and deep roots in the Jardino family’s real estate legacy, Daniela Jardino is an indispensable asset to the FoxySuites team. As Chief Coaching Officer, Daniela plays a crucial role in mentoring and developing our team, ensuring that every aspect of tenant relations, property operations, and long-term investment strategy aligns with our high standards of excellence.
Daniela currently oversees large-scale residential portfolios, including 1,500-unit properties, bringing her extensive expertise in property operations, tenant relations, and strategic asset management to FoxySuites. She has also led the repositioning and project management of major multi-residential buildings, most notably transforming 1809 Lawrence Ave. West in Toronto, a 32-unit apartment complex where she managed redevelopment while ensuring operational efficiency and premium tenant experiences.
Her Honours Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto, combined with her in-depth knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act, allows her to optimize tenant screening, leasing strategies, and property performance. Daniela’s sharp business acumen and strong interpersonal skills make her a key driver of FoxySuites’ success, ensuring that we continue to deliver high-quality, sustainable, and profitable real estate investments.
Beyond her current role as a coach, Daniela owns shares in our companies, giving her a direct stake in the success of FoxySuites and our growing real estate portfolio. As our expansion accelerates, we look forward to the day when our portfolio reaches the scale that warrants Daniela joining our team full-time, further solidifying her role in shaping FoxySuites into a premier name in boutique luxury rentals.

Nora Anderson brings more than two decades of hands-on property management experience to FoxySuites, where she oversees the day-to-day operation of our portfolio of newly built, energy-efficient rental homes across central Toronto, from The Stockyards and Kensington-Chinatown to Dovercourt Village and Danforth East Village.
Before joining FoxyHome by PCM more than three years ago, Nora spent 18 years managing every aspect of residential tenancy: leasing and tenant screening, rent accounts and collections, lease administration, legal matters under Ontario's Residential Tenancies Act, and the day-to-day customer service that keeps good tenants in place for years. That track record, built across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors, gives FoxySuites the disciplined, well-documented management that institutional lenders and CMHC expect: accurate rent rolls, prompt arrears management, compliant tenancy files and transparent reporting to ownership. She is also responsible for upholding the affordability and energy-efficiency commitments that accompany CMHC MLI Select financing throughout each building's operating life.
Nora's background in construction, human resources and workplace health and safety is a rare combination for a property manager. It allows her to carry a building seamlessly from the final stages of construction through lease-up and into stabilized operation, working directly with PCM's in-house site and maintenance team on repairs, life-safety compliance and the energy-performance standards that define every FoxySuites building. She supports the preparation and administration of FoxySuites' CMHC financing files and liaises with City of Toronto staff on the company's behalf.
A trusted member of the FoxySuites leadership team, Nora works hand in hand with Chief Coaching Officer Daniela Jardino to ensure that every tenant, whether at market rent, in an affordable unit, on a corporate stay or studying nearby, receives the same professional and respectful service.
